Sessions will be structured, but fun!

Classes to include: Getting ready for your baby (2nd/3rd trimester), labour & birth, pain relief, planned C Section, what to pack in hospital bag, role of birth partner. Becoming a new parent: those first few days. Emotional & mental wellbeing preparation as a new parent, infant feeding, caring for your baby in the 4th trimester.

£40 Initial Consultation session – 45 minutes

£90 3x30 minute sessions

£150 3x60 minute sessions

1st trimester support - from positive pregnancy result, up to 16 weeks – weekly support

£20 per 30-minute session
